Minimum stay: 11 months. Maximum capacity: 5 people. Utilities (water, electricity, and internet) are not included in the rent. Pets allowed upon request.

The layout features a bright living room with an exterior-facing window, a hallway, and a utility room (laundry/drying area). There is a spacious, fully equipped separate kitchen. The property includes a first separate bedroom, a second bedroom, and a third room—currently set up as a living area but adaptable to your needs (ideal for a guest bed or home office)—as well as two full bathrooms.

Comprehensive local amenities include schools, health centers, supermarkets, a gas station, restaurants, and public transport links to the rest of the island; the beach is just a short drive away.

Property Viewings: Anyone interested in viewing the property must present a valid form of identification (such as a DNI, NIE, or passport) prior to the visit. Additionally, visitors will be required to sign a viewing log upon entering the property.

To reserve the property, an initial payment of two months' rent as a security deposit is required. This deposit is refundable within the legally established timeframe after the property is returned to the owner, provided the condition of the home remains the same as when it was handed over to the tenant and all terms of the lease agreement have been met. Law 12/2023 of May 24 on the Right to Housing was approved by Congress on April 27, 2023, and by the Senate on May 18, 2023. It entered into force the day after its publication in the Official State Gazette (BOE) on May 26, 2023. Article 20, Section 1, stipulates that real estate management fees and contract formalization costs are to be borne by the landlord.
This regulation DOES NOT APPLY to lease agreements for purposes other than housing—such as commercial premises—or to seasonal rental contracts. In these cases, the tenant is responsible for paying the agency fees, along with the corresponding IGIC tax.
