To move into the property, the following payments will be required:

2 months' security deposit.
The current month's rent, calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the contract start date.
If the tenant terminates the contract before the agreed term or breaches any of the agreed conditions, one month's security deposit will be forfeited in accordance with the rental agreement. In addition, at least one month's prior notice must be given before vacating the property.
Small and medium-sized pets are accepted, subject to the owner's approval and compliance with the building regulations and community rules.
A detailed inventory of the furniture and equipment will be completed before the keys are handed over.
The owner will only be responsible for repairs related to the washing machine. The maintenance or replacement of all other appliances, which have all been recently installed, will be the tenant's responsibility throughout the term of the agreement, except in the event of hidden defects or where the landlord is legally liable.
