It consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and wardrobe, and the other with a bunk bed and a single bed (for long-term rental, the single bed can be removed to add a desk). There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Living/dining room and a fully equipped separate kitchen with a new dishwasher and fridge.

There is air conditioning for heating and cooling (2 new units with WiFi) sufficient to climatize the entire property, as well as 3 ceiling fans. Washing machine on the terrace along with the water heater.

All areas of the house—kitchen, living/dining room, and both bedrooms—have direct access to the large private and furnished terrace of 80 m². The terrace, from which you can see beautiful sunrises, has a chill-out area with a sofa and armchairs, a dining table with chairs, children’s tables, sun loungers, and parasols.

From the main entrance to the apartment, there are ramps and an elevator, so there is no need to use stairs.
