Property layout
Access to the property is through a pleasant terrace surrounded by fruit trees and vegetation. This area features a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or simply relaxing while taking in the surroundings.

The front door opens into the living room, a cosy and bright space. To the left is the main bedroom, furnished with a comfortable double bed.
To the right of the living room is the kitchen, compact yet functional, equipped with a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker. It also features a practical foldable table that provides additional worktop space for food preparation.

From the kitchen, there is access both to the bathroom and to the rear of the property. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity unit with washbasin.

The rear area serves as a practical utility space where you will find the washing machine and a storage cupboard for household and cleaning items.
