Conditions: No pets of any kind are allowed. Water and electricity are not included. The tenant must arrange the change of account holder and set up the utilities billing through their own bank account. The home has no internet; installation/contracting will be arranged by the tenant. Rented as shown in the photographs, with no changes to the furniture. It is delivered in perfect condition and must be returned in the same condition at the end of the lease.
