About Us
Spanish Inland Properties is an established agency based in Galera, Granada province which was formed in 2003. We specialise in the sale of cave homes, village houses, town houses, villas, apartments, farmhouses and land in the areas of inland Granada, inland Almería and a small part of Jaén.
We are a small family run business and we use our wealth of knowledge, our experience and contacts built up since we first started back in 2003 to help clients find their dream home whether it´s a cave house or traditional property in rural Andalucía, and once we find the perfect property for them, we guide them all the way through the purchase process from start to finish. We hope that we can help you find your dream home too!
The wonderful unique, eco-friendly cave houses are probably very different from what you imagine. Today's cave houses are not the primitive homes of times gone by - once reformed, they can have all mod cons (if required) and are usually light and airy. Due to the fact that they maintain an ambient temperature all year round these charming properties offer a refreshingly cool escape from the hot summers with no need for air conditioning (it is normal to still have quilts on the beds in August!) and they are cosy during the winter months. We realise they are not for everyone which is why we offer traditional properties too.
