Alternative Properties is a small, independent estate agency based in Cómpeta, combining deep local knowledge with years of hands-on experience in the Axarquía property market. We pride ourselves on offering a personal, transparent service, guiding our clients carefully and confidently through every stage of their property journey.
Our office in Cómpeta is open Monday to Friday, 10am–2pm, and we are always available by appointment outside these hours.
