About Us
Laffittacase Formentera is a family-run real estate agency. In 1989, its founder Silvia Cescutti recounts how it all began:
“I was 23 years old when I started, initially renting out houses only. At first, it felt almost like a game. In those years, only a few people knew the island. I began with a handful of properties, but soon the holiday rental business grew rapidly. I opened an office, set up a real estate agency, obtained my license, and turned what had started as a summer pastime into a real job — in fact, the job of my dreams. During the summers I never stopped, working more than 12 hours a day without breaks, while in winter I traveled around the world.”
Over time, the company expanded its services to include property sales on the island.
Today, Silvia and her daughter Navila Cescutti run the real estate agency together. Silvia has lived on the island for over 30 years, while Navila was born and raised in Formentera. Their in-depth knowledge of the area and its villas allows them to find the perfect home, whether for your holidays or for the purchase of your dream property.
