Welcome to Kohlmann Real Estate – Your German Real Estate Agency for Buying and Selling on the Costa Blanca
Whether you are looking to buy or sell a property in Spain, I guide you personally and transparently through every step of the process. Having once been in the same position as many of my clients, I understand how important trust, clear communication, and expert guidance are when dealing with cross-border property transactions.
As a Spain-trained and APIAL-certified real estate agent, I support both buyers and sellers from the initial consultation to the notarial completion – in German, English, French, and Spanish. With a strong local network of lawyers, notaries, and trusted professionals, I ensure a smooth and secure transaction. My service does not end at completion; I also provide comprehensive after-sales support.
All property offers are commission-free for buyers.
