At Medimar Homes our approach to real estate is to be as connected as possible to our vendors and buyers. We understand that honesty and communication are absolutely key to a healthy working relationship so why should this be different when buying or selling a home?

– From the day that we meet our vendors we make it absolutely clear that we’re here to present and advertise their home to the best of our ability. This will always include professional photography, 4K video tours, virtual 360º tours, drone shots where possible and promotional videos which will be shared as far and wide as possible using our extensive network of property portals as well as modern advertising techniques.
– Those looking to purchase through Medimar Homes can rest assured that we have collected all legal documentation from vendors before the property has even gone live. This documentation is then thoroughly checked over for any potential issues that could hold up a sale or even stop a sale dead in its tracks.
I’d like to think that our approach at Medimar Homes isn’t what you’re expecting. For too long the reputation of real estate agents in Spain (and in general) hasn’t been a favorable one and at a time where reputations are make or break at a whim it’s more important than ever to offer a 5-star service.
