My name is Machiel Mayora, your personal Costa Specialist. For over 10 years, I have been helping clients find their ideal property on the beautiful Costa del Sol. My approach is based on knowledge, transparency, and genuine involvement, with a keen eye for your specific needs.
As an agent, I offer a personal approach for buyers who value expertise and customization. Together, we will find the property that makes your heart beat faster.
With my approach, you always know what to expect. When I suggest a property, I always include the location, so you can get a clear view of the area, orientation, and neighborhood via the map. Since you can’t always be here in person, I use video visits and drone footage. This gives you a much better sense of the property than just looking at photos.
When you think, “This could be the one,” you hop on a plane and come over to view the property or a set of properties in person. This saves time and money, and it’s highly effective.
I collaborate with experienced lawyers, tax advisers, mortgage consultants, rental specialists, and other experts who will guide you every step of the way. Your only task? Fall in love with your dream property and ensure the financial means to make the purchase – the rest I’ll handle for you.
