About Us
Founded in 1925
Our company was founded in 1925, becoming the first firm established in the Canary Islands dedicated to real estate mediation, urbanization and land subdivision, property development, and construction.
Our founder, Don Román Morales Rufino, was the first, 100 years ago (1925), to initiate a series of urbanization and building projects in Cuba (Havana) that are still standing today. He later returned to the island of Tenerife, where he focused his professional activity.
During this period, he carried out significant works in areas such as La Cuesta, La Higuerita, El Becerril (today the Market of Nuestra Señora de La Candelaria), La Finca de España, as well as the construction of numerous small hotels in San Cristóbal de La Laguna, while also developing real estate mediation in the most important residential areas of Santa Cruz de Tenerife of that era.
