About Us

Antoni Burguera Brunet

With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, I assist buyers and property owners throughout the entire buying and selling process with a practical and technical approach.

I work with the real estate advisory network of iad España and mainly operate in the Balearic Islands, especially Mallorca, although I can also manage transactions in other parts of Spain.

My background as a Construction Technology Technician and my work as a Judicial Expert and Property Valuation Specialist allow me to analyse a property beyond its appearance. This is particularly useful when identifying potential construction issues and helping clients understand whether they are significant or merely superficial.

Over the years I have been involved in a wide range of transactions including residential homes, investment properties, rural estates, properties with planning or legal complexities, and inheritance-related sales.

In addition to real estate brokerage, I assist clients with notary coordination, registry procedures, technical reports, property valuations and mortgage brokerage, helping ensure that the process is clear and well organised.

I regularly work with both local and international clients and can communicate in Spanish, English, French and Mallorcan.
