About Us

Aedara is a boutique real estate and relocation advisory based in Madrid, working exclusively with international clients: English speaking expats and Latin American families buying, renting or settling into the city.
We act as buyer's agents on purchase transactions, working on a success fee basis, and we partner with Madrid based agencies to give their listings access to foreign demand they can't easily reach on their own. We also guide clients through the full relocation process: padrón registration, NIE, opening a bank account, finding a rental and handling the administrative steps that tend to feel opaque to anyone arriving from abroad.
Our approach is direct and clear. We explain every step, always show the full price before any discount, and close every communication with a concrete next action.
