Eden Rentals is a Tenerife-based property management company specialising in property sales, holiday rentals and seasonal lettings across the Canary Islands. We were founded with one clear goal: to make buying, investing and living in Tenerife simple, profitable and stress-free — for local owners and international buyers alike.

On the sales side, we guide our clients through the entire purchase process, whether they're buying an investment property or a residential home. With deep knowledge of the local market, we identify opportunities with genuine rental potential and provide support at every stage: property search, negotiation, paperwork and, if desired, putting the property to work from day one.

Our holiday rental division currently manages over 50 properties in Tenerife under a full-service model: listing and optimisation on the main platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com and our own booking engine), dynamic pricing, guest communication, professional cleaning, maintenance and transparent owner reporting. Owners simply watch their income grow — we take care of everything else.

For longer stays, we also offer seasonal (mid-term) rentals, an increasingly popular option among remote workers, digital nomads and temporary residents drawn to the Canary Islands' climate and quality of life. It's also a flexible, secure alternative for owners who prefer medium-term contracts.
