About Us
Villas al Sol is an independent buyer's agent helping international clients buy property across Spain's Costa Blanca. We work exclusively for buyers, never for sellers, providing impartial advice, property search, due diligence, negotiation and complete purchase support from your first enquiry through to completion.
Founded by Caroline Bjälstam, Villas al Sol combines local market knowledge with professional representation. We are a licensed API estate agency (No. 1197), registered with the Registro de Agentes de Intermediación Inmobiliaria de la Comunitat Valenciana (RAICV No. 0122), and hold REALTOR membership in Spain through the Spanish International Realty Alliance (SIRA).
Many of our clients buy from overseas and need someone on the ground they can trust. We help identify suitable properties, assess value, explain legal and practical issues, negotiate on your behalf and coordinate every stage of the purchase. Our advice is independent, transparent and focused entirely on your interests.
