Not every suitable PROPERTY is automatically included in your own PORTFOLIO. That’s why, if needed, we also support our customers with external PROPERTY LISTINGS and guide them through the entire PURCHASE PROCESS—regardless of which provider or agency is marketing the property.

Over the years, we have built a reliable NETWORK of ARCHITECTS, TRADESPEOPLE, ATTORNEYS, NOTARIES, and technical EXPERTS. This means we can support our clients reliably and in a structured way—not only with RENOVATIONS and ALTERATIONS, but also with technical questions as well as administrative PROCEDURES.

After-Purchase Care:

Our SUPPORT does not end with the signature at the NOTARY. Many customers also need assistance after the purchase with organizational MATTERS, TRADESPEOPLE, SERVICE PROVIDERS, or further steps related to the PROPERTY. Even after the deal is closed, we continue to be available to our customers as a personal POINT OF CONTACT and, if needed, accompany the next organizational and practical steps on site.
