About Us
Corvera Hills was established in 2023 through a strategic partnership between two well-established business groups with proven and widely recognised track records of success. Located within the Corvera Resort, the project was created with the ambition of transforming the destination into a leading regional, national and international hub for golf tourism, real estate development and gastronomy.
The Corvera Hills Group currently comprises three established companies: Corvera Hills Golf (golf course), Corvera Hills Residences (real estate development) and Alraso Dining (clubhouse and restaurant). Two additional developments are also planned for the near future: a hotel development site and a commercial centre.
Our mission is to design, build and manage a sustainable residential and tourism ecosystem centred around golf, combining distinctive homes, community spaces, authentic local cuisine and transformative experiences. Our mission is to create a genuine, accessible and emotionally rewarding destination for those seeking a more mindful, connected and healthy way of life.
Our ambition is to transform Corvera Hills into the leading residential, sports and social destination in the Mediterranean hinterland, bringing together nature, architecture and community in an environment designed for a balanced, meaningful and fulfilling lifestyle.
The project includes the development of approximately 500 homes across nine plots, together with a commercial center and a hotel area designed to serve both the resort itself and the surrounding area.
