Buenos Días Costa (BD COSTA, S.L.) is a licensed real estate agency based in Alicante, helping international buyers find and purchase their home on the Spanish coast – from the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida to the Costa del Sol and the Balearic Islands.
We work with resale properties, exclusive listings and selected new-build developments, and guide our clients through every step: searching and viewing, negotiation, legal checks, mortgage options and completion at the notary.
