About Us

The company is established by Sunniva Torset, law school graduate and former associate at the law firm Adnor Advokat ANS in Trondheim.

We specialize in sales in the south of Gran Canaria and are in contact with various reputable companies that offer several additional administrative services.

We are very flexible in terms of the agency assignment. If you would like a personal advisor while you are here on the island, we can give you professional guidance to find the property of your dreams, as we know most of the properties, prices and the market in general.

OWNER AND WORKING DIRECTOR

Sunniva Torset. Law school graduate, cand.jur.-degree from 2007, University of Bergen, Norway.
University degree in French from the University of Pau (2001).
Property consultant on Gran Canaria since 2008. Started Real Invest Gran Canaria SL in 2011.
Associate at the law firm “Adnor Advokat”, Trondheim (2007-2008).
Registration Official in Trondheim and Sør-Trøndelag District Court (2004-2006).
Working in sales, full-time or part-time, from 1994 to the present.
Founding member of AREA - real estate association in the south of Gran Canaria.
Languages: Norwegian, English, Spanish and German as well as some French and Italian.
COLLABORATING AGENTS

Silja Torset has lived on Gran Canaria since 2004 and therefore her local knowledge is outstanding.
She has worked in the real estate business since 2010, both as a secretary and as a property consultant.
Very good abilities in customer relations.
Today Silja works as a part-time secretary and a part-time cooperative property agent.
Languages: Norwegian, English and Spanish.

Axel Kubisch came to Gran Canaria in 1999 and started to sell real estate in 2006.
With a decade of experience in the property market, he has a grand advantage regards to finding the right object to every customer. Very good counselling skills and great follow-ups make his costumers feel safe at all stages of the purchase process.

Merethe Pino Nyland
Merethe Pino Nyland moved to Gran Canaria in 2009. Worked as a CEO and thereafter owner in the restaurant sector since then.
Education: Interior consultant and administration.
Worked administratively for Gjensidige insurance and Manpower before moving to Gran Canaria.
Knows the local community very well and has many contacts, both in the local population and among visitors.
Very systematic. Good at customer relations and follow-up.

SECRETARIES

Bianca Betty Hartley has lived on Gran Canaria since 2008.
She has been working in the travel industry and for an acadamy of languages for several years.
Bianca started working for Real Invest Gran Canaria in March 2020 as a secretary.

Oskar Husby has worked with sales and customer relations since 2011.
He started to work as an independent real estate agent in 2014 (up until january 2024).
