About Us
Nova is a law firm founded by Nil Hierro with English speaking Spanish lawyers specialized, among other legal fields, in property Law and conveyancing, with more tan 15 years of experience helping individuals and families regarding all kind of matters involved in the purchase/sale of a property in Spain.
Our work covers from the very beginning of the transaction to the signing of the title deeds at the Notary’s office and the registration of the title into the clients´ names being their trusted advisors through the whole process.
Our main aim is to give our clients the necessary peace of mind and confidence during the process of the transaction, whether this is buying, selling or even inheriting a property in Spain, always bearing in mind that they are not used to deal with the language or acquainted with the cultural and business differences of the country, hence ensuring that they get clear, direct and constant legal advice and support.
On the other hand, at Nova we offer a wide range of legal solutions for any issues our clients may face on Spanish soil. We provide advice in the main areas of law, ensuring that their interests and needs are fully protected at all times, without any communication or language barriers.
