ULTIMATE HOMES is a modern real estate agent representing buyers and sellers of high quality properties and prestigious homes in the prime areas of the Costa Blanca.

The founder of Ultimate Homes is BARRY McCORMACK and he has built a network of contacts to ensure we have a plan of action so that we can help you, the client, the most important part of the equation.

We are members of the APEI (Asociación Profesional de Expertos Inmobiliarios) and we work to a strict "Code of Ethics" which means that you can safely and confidently conduct your property purchase or property sale in Spain. It provides a framework within which we undertake to provide a professional, ethical and fair service to everyone that we come into contact, whether it be vendors or buyers of homes in Spain, members of the public, or other real estate companies. It complements the existing consumer protection legislation in Spain, brings a higher level of transparency, and enables you to relax in the knowledge that you are in safe hands. We also have professional indemnity insurance up to 750,000 Euros as further reassurance.

Since October 2022, all real estate agents are required in the Valencia region to have passed exams and be registered which of course I am - my registration number on the Registro de Agentes is 1403. I also have professional indemnity insurance, which has also been a legal requirement since October 22.
