About Us
Our business was started in 2004 in response to the rapidly growing foreign owners market. In association with, one of the largest property companies in the area, we were asked to set up a business dealing exclusively with property management and holiday rentals. Whilst this was initially in response to their clients needs we also welcomed owners from all over the Orihuela Costa area and beyond.
In our early days we received many requests from people desperate to find long term rentals and it became apparent that, of the few companies in the area offering these services, very few offered long term rentals. Having spoken to our owners, many expressed interest in embracing this market and we soon became the main provider to this niche market.
In addition to our experience in the rental business we have also become very experienced in the selling and buying process in Spain. We can help you with the legal requirements and cost implications in both the sale and purchase of a property.
