About Us
The company was born in August 2021, and since then we have helped many clients to sell their property or to buy their dream home. My name is Niklas Löfroth and I am Swedish, but I have lived in Spain for more than 25 years. I have been working with a bit of everything, from dishwasher to assist in opening a private banking branch for one of the biggest banks in Sweden. My last works were for Alfaz del Sol, where I was in charge of Rentals for 8 years, and for Fastighetsbyrån where I got my formal education in Real Estate. Since then, I have continued to study, I am a registered agent in the Valencia Region with number 882 and have all the permits and insurances in order. Our working philosophy is transparency, personalized service and professionalism. We are proud to say that we are with our clients until they don´t need us anymore.
