It has 3 bedrooms with beds and a desk with a chair. Two of them have a built-in wardrobe.

Pets are not allowed (dog and cat).

Monthly rent with community fees and water included. The tenant pays electricity and butane gas utilities (hot water).

Deposit (LAU): one month’s rent for a dwelling, or two months’ rent for the rest of the properties.

Rent review: The INE will publish the IRAV (Residential Property Rent Reference Index) monthly, and the review will be annual in accordance with the applicable official index.

Payment method and frequency: monthly.

Utilities: they may be transferred to the tenant’s name depending on conditions and final agreement with the property. The latest water bills (Emasesa/Aljarafesa), electricity bills (Endesa, Iberdrola, etc.), natural gas (Endesa, Iberdrola, etc.) and/or butane gas (current price of the canister) will be used as reference.

Tenant’s agency fees (renter):
- For habitual residence: €0; real estate management and contract formalization costs will be paid by the landlord.

Deductions for dwelling tenants (indicative): 15% with a cap of €600 (€900 with disability) for tax years prior to 2026, subject to age/income requirements and other conditions. From 2026, an increase in the caps is expected for the next tax year 2027, conditioned on the applicable regulations.
