It is an essential requirement that the tenant state and provide documentary evidence of the reason for the temporary nature of the tenancy when the contract is formalized.

Proof of financial solvency and verifiable income is required, as well as two months’ rent as a statutory deposit, in accordance with Article 36.1 of the LAU, plus one month’s rent in professional intermediation fees, together with the legally applicable taxes.
