Contract type and purpose: this property is rented under a seasonal lease, intended to meet accommodation needs for a limited period. The purpose of the rental may include, among other duly justified reasons:

- Temporary work assignment;
- studies, courses, or training;
- medical treatment or care;
- construction or renovation work at the usual residence;
- temporary relocation due to personal or family circumstances;
- other duly justified temporary needs.

The contract is not intended to meet the tenant’s permanent housing needs. It is an essential requirement that the tenant state and provide documentary evidence of the reason for the temporary nature of the rental when the contract is formalized.

Proof of financial solvency and verifiable income is required, as well as two months’ rent as a security deposit and one month’s professional brokerage fee, plus any legally applicable taxes.
