- Construction or renovation work at the main residence;
- Temporary relocation due to personal or family circumstances;
- Other duly justified temporary needs.

In accordance with Article 3.2 of the Urban Tenancy Act, this contract is not intended to meet the tenant’s permanent housing needs. It is an essential requirement that the tenant state and document the reason for the temporary nature of the tenancy when signing the contract.

Financial solvency and verifiable income are required, as well as two months’ rent as the statutory deposit, in accordance with Article 36.1 LAU, plus one month’s rent in professional agency fees, together with any legally applicable taxes.
