This bright semi-detached duplex is located in Los Altos de Puerto Rico, in a quiet area close to supermarkets, shopping centres, pharmacies and other services. It is also just a few minutes from Puerto Rico Beach, the GC-1 motorway and bus connections to different parts of the island.

The property is completely independent, does not belong to any complex and has its own private entrance directly from the street, as well as a private parking space included in the rental price.

The property is distributed over two floors.

Entering directly from the street, we access the upper floor, where a small entrance hall leads to the different rooms. To the left are the stairs connecting to the lower floor and a full bathroom equipped with a washbasin and shower.

Opposite the entrance are the three bedrooms. The main bedroom features a double bed, bedside tables and a spacious built-in wardrobe. Next to it is a smaller second bedroom, currently arranged as a versatile space suitable for a baby or as an office. The third bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe. All bedrooms have exterior windows overlooking the private terrace and offering panoramic views of Puerto Rico.

On the lower floor, there is a spacious living and kitchen area. The living room features a chaise longue sofa, TV unit and a small armchair positioned beneath the stairs. The modern, fully furnished and equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and a dining area for four people. Next to the kitchen is a guest toilet with washbasin, as well as a practical pantry and laundry area with a washing machine.

Both the living room and kitchen provide direct access to the spacious private terrace, which enjoys sunshine practically throughout the day. It features a sunbathing area with loungers and a second area covered by a pergola, furnished with an outdoor dining set.

Price: €2,200/month. Internet and private parking space included. Water and electricity are included up to a combined maximum of €80/month. Any consumption exceeding this limit will be paid by the tenant.

Conditions: Proof of financial solvency is required, together with one month's rent as a security deposit, the current month's rent and one month's rent as agency fees, plus 7% IGIC.
