This holiday home stands out for its pool with a view and fireplace. It has a private entrance and features 3 living rooms, 6 separate bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, 3 of them double, and 3 bathrooms with a bathtub or shower. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need.
Outside, there is an outdoor dining area, kitchen, wood-fired oven, barbecue and terraces with sea views.

Can Cassons
Can Cassons is a house surrounded by nature and privacy in the Montnegre mountains, a place to switch off, spend quality time together and enjoy the peace and quiet. Rebuilt around 40 years ago and divided into two independent homes, Casa Sol and Casa Luna, it takes its name from the orientation of each one and the sunlight they receive throughout the day.

Casa del Sol is available for rent. It is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a very bright living-dining room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds, while the third has a double bed, for a total of 5 beds for 6 people. All the bedrooms enjoy plenty of natural light, and the house’s orientation means you can enjoy the sun from early morning until dusk.

The property has a swimming pool, spacious outdoor areas and numerous spots where you can rest, read, walk or simply admire the scenery. The surroundings invite you to enjoy nature, go hiking or mountain biking, stargaze, or discover the beaches, restaurants and villages of the Maresme. Barcelona is less than an hour away by car.

Can Cassons is an ongoing project. Our goal is to create a comfortable, fully equipped country house where technology and comfort coexist with nature without losing its essence. Little by little, we will be adding improvements such as new high-efficiency windows, modern equipment, home automation, outdoor showers, spaces for yoga and meditation, vegetable garden areas and other special spots designed to help you enjoy the surroundings. By staying here, you also become part of this project and help Can Cassons continue to grow and improve with every season.

Can Cassons is not a luxury home. It is a simple, authentic house full of charm, designed for those who value peace and quiet, nature and time spent together.

Can Cassons is a house with history and character. Although we are gradually renovating and improving it, some areas retain features and finishes typical of a home built decades ago. If you are looking for a modern home that is perfect in every detail, this may not be the right choice. If, on the other hand, you value authenticity, the surroundings and the charm of places with soul, we think you will love it.
We are surrounded by nature. We carry out regular inspections and maintenance, but we share our surroundings with birds, butterflies, lizards and the occasional insect. It is part of the experience of living in the forest.
