Villa for rent in La Bonanova, Palma de Mallorca, Mallorca

This traditional Mallorcan-style house is located in a quiet residential area of Bonanova, with a south-west orientation, a garden, swimming pool and views over Palma and partial sea views. Queen’s College is nearby.

The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to a sitting room with a wood-burning fireplace, bathroom and stairs to the first floor. Straight ahead is the main living room, connected to the dining area and fully equipped open-plan kitchen with island. A third, smaller sitting room with another fireplace is located next to the main living room.

The kitchen provides access to the rear patio, where the laundry area and pantry are located. From here, stairs lead to a small guest studio with a separate entrance, comprising a bedroom and bathroom.

The first floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. Two of the bedrooms have access to a terrace with views over Palma and towards the sea.

The garden is very well maintained, with trees, fruit trees, plants and flowers surrounding the house. It also features a swimming pool and a small garden outbuilding used as a chill-out area, from where the views can be enjoyed.

The house has air conditioning, electric radiators and parking for one car.

The property is rented unfurnished.
