Villa for sale in Adsubia, Javea / Xàbia, Alicante

Located on a quiet, dead-end street in Adsubia, just a few minutes' drive from Jávea's Arenal beach, this spacious villa has been a fantastic home over the years, as well as a successful rental business.
The property is distributed over two separate floors, offering plenty of flexibility for larger families or anyone looking to generate rental income. The lower level has been used as a holiday rental, generating a good income throughout the year, and has been fully reformed to a high standard.
Here you'll find two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite), a brand-new kitchen and a spacious living area. The ceilings are nice and high, giving the whole floor a great sense of space, while underfloor heating adds comfort throughout.
Upstairs, the main living accommodation offers a further three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a vast lounge that opens onto a covered naya overlooking the 10 x 5 metre swimming pool. The current owners continue to make improvements to the property, including new internal doors and modern double glazing.
The villa has a lovely Mediterranean feel, with spacious rooms and a natural flow throughout. From the kitchen, a covered utility area leads up to a solarium, where you can enjoy views towards San Antonio and the sea. There's also a large covered storage area, along with a spacious workshop that provides excellent additional storage and could be useful for a variety of purposes.
Outside is where this property really comes into its own. The gardens feature mature palms, a generous lawn, fruit trees and herb gardens, creating a lovely setting around the house. There's no shortage of space for entertaining, either, with a huge terrace around the pool and a fully equipped summer kitchen. There's even a handy outside toilet, ideal when spending the day by the pool.
The property also borders a protected green zone (zona verde), meaning no construction is permitted on that adjoining land. This provides an added sense of privacy and helps preserve the outlook.
This is an immaculate, well-maintained villa that offers a great deal of space and flexibility. Whether you're looking for a substantial family home, a property that can accommodate visiting family and friends, or a villa with established holiday rental potential, this is a particularly interesting opportunity in a convenient location close to Jávea's Arenal beach.
