A tram runs twice an hour along the eastern boundary of the plot (the sea-facing side): once towards Alicante and once towards Denia (between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m.). The line is single-track, and thanks to the bend in the track and the electric drive, noise levels are (truly) minimal.

Building Possibilities
The total house area is 350 to 400 m², spread over a maximum of three floors. A major advantage is that you can have your own design drawn up, fully tailored to your personal living requirements. This offers far more freedom than buying an existing home. All public utilities, including electricity, water and telephone/internet, are available. Individual septic tanks are used in the neighbourhood because there is no public sewer system.
