Choice of turning right for a few hundred meters to the marina, or left to the town also just a few hundred meters along the promenade. Shops, bars, restaurants, and chiriguitos (beach bars) all just a stroll away. No car necessary as everything for a superb holiday is within walking distance. There is no dedicated parking but parking is available in the adjoining streets. There is one full bathroom with bath/shower/toilet and bidet; second bathroom is toilet and basin. The building is very secure. Floor area 65 sq mtrs. Also note: We provide at no extra cost folding chairs for the beach and a pop up sun shelter for the beach!
