The property is furnished with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a cosy living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen including a large fridge and freezer, oven, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and kitchen towels. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen, bath towels, sun loungers, and a garden table and chairs. The price for a long-term rental in winter is €900/month from November to April, €1,400/month for May, June, September and October, and €2,900/month for July and August. Electricity, water and internet are paid according to usage.

Long-term rental requires a minimum of 2 months. No short-term rentals. A refundable damage deposit of €2,000 is required. The final cleaning fee is €95. The price for an annual rental can be discussed.

The holiday home is located in Orihuela Costa, Costa Blanca South, Alicante, which has more than 300 sunny days a year. It is situated close to the AP-7 motorway and N-332 national road, providing easy access to Alicante Airport, 50 km away, and Murcia Corvera Airport, also 50 km away. The area offers many entertainments for all ages. There are stunning beach walks stretching from Playa Flamenca to Cabo Roig. Torrevieja is only a 10-minute drive away, with its water parks, beaches, salt lake and shopping facilities. Torrevieja University Hospital is less than 1.5 km away, where English is widely understood. Elche is 30 km away and has a lovely safari park for children. The area also has golf resorts within a few minutes' drive, go-karting, rooftop mini golf, bowling, a casino and several markets: Cabo Roig on Thursdays, Torrevieja on Fridays and Playa Flamenca on Saturdays. The famous La Manga Club Resort is just a 40-minute drive away. La Mata, Guardamar del Segura, Pilar de Campoamor, Horadada and many other destinations each have their own beaches and plenty of entertainment.
