The prices are for the villa per week and include bed linen and towels (not beach towels) and final cleaning.

Arrival/departure

Saturday to Saturday between June and September and flexible the rest of the year. The villa is to be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure to enable the villa to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

In July and August minimum stay is 2 weeks.

Payment

30% deposit payment on booking with full balance due 30 days prior to date of arrival. Refundable security bond of 300 €.
