Arrival/departure:

Saturday to Saturday between June and September and flexible the rest of the year.

The villa is to be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure to enable the villa to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

In July and August minimum stay is 2 weeks.

Extras:

Baby cot with bedding, 25 €.

High chair, 25 €.

Sofa bed, 50 € /week.

Internet. July & August included. Other period, 25 €.

Payment:

30% deposit payment on booking with full balance due 30 days prior to date of arrival. Refundable security bond of 300 €.
