Beautiful village house located in a quiet street in the historic village of Torrox, just a few minutes' walk from the central square and all other amenities of the village of Torrox.

The property combines the authentic feel and atmosphere of a whitewashed Andalusian village with the convenience of just a 5-minute drive (or 45-minute walk) from the sea.

There are spectacular views of the mountains and the sea in the distance, and it is only 45 minutes from Malaga airport.

The house has a living room with a wood stove, a bedroom with a double bed, and a complete bathroom on the ground floor. There is a marble staircase leading to the first floor with a kitchen featuring granite countertops, integrated stove, refrigerator, and freezer. There are 2 bedrooms next to the kitchen, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. On the top floor, there is a large sun terrace with BBQ and unobstructed views of the mountains. There is a summer kitchen with a granite countertop with sink, refrigerator, and washing machine. There is a large eight-person table with a glass top, chairs, and sun loungers.

A 5-minute walk from the house is the square with restaurants and tapas bars where festivals are held every few weeks. Parking is nearby with easy, flat access to the house.

Within less than a 5-minute walk is the municipal indoor swimming pool, which is open all year round.

Torrox Costa is 5 minutes away. It has a beautiful promenade along the Costa Del Sol with many restaurants along the promenade offering unobstructed views of the beach that stretches for a few kilometers. All major supermarkets, including Aldi and Lidl, can be found there.

Nerja is a 10-minute drive away. An attractive bustling village with local shops, restaurants, beaches, and the beautiful caves.

Skiing can be done 90 minutes away in the Sierra Nevada ski area (the highest mountains on the mainland of Spain).

Hiking can be done in the mountains behind Torrox, which you can see in the photos; they are part of the mountain range enclosed by the National Park of the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara Y Alhama. They contain a number of spectacular hiking trails, Lucero, the conical mountain on the right, is 1,414 meters high (1,414 higher than Ben Nevis) and La Maroma, left out of sight, is 2,000 meters. On a clear day, you can see the mountains of Morocco up to 100 km across the Mediterranean Sea.

Caminito Del Rey, a spectacular hanging cliff path, is 90 minutes away.

Granada, Cordoba, and Sevilla. All are easy to visit on a day trip.
