Due to its location, it has sun and shade all day long. In the morning and early afternoon on the partially covered front terrace, and in the afternoon and early evening (summer months) in the beautiful back garden.

The living room has an open, fully equipped kitchen with inventory so you can cook for yourself.

The home has fiber optic fast internet and excellent WiFi, free of charge. You can watch TV via the internet and receive all Dutch channels, as well as many other national and sports channels.

It has hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms. Through the annex (where there is an extra sofa bed, the third bedroom) you reach directly the beautiful, well-kept communal garden, and with a few steps you reach one of the two swimming pools. This fenced garden is only accessible to residents and tenants of this residential complex.

The home has a hair dryer, bed linen, towels, beach towels, several chairs, umbrellas and other beach equipment.

The beautiful sandy beach of La Caleta, near Cabo Roig, is a 15-minute walk away. A landscaped path along the coast will take you to many other white sandy beaches, larger and smaller, with crystal-clear water on both sides. The famous Cabo Roig “Strip” with many restaurants and bars is about a ten-minute walk away. Prices here are generally lower than in many other tourist destinations.

The most beautiful golf courses on the Costa Blanca are about a ten-minute drive away. If you like shopping, you’ll find what you need: the modern and large shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard, with over 150 shops of various well-known brands and restaurants, is 1.8 km from the home.

If you come with an electric car, there is a large charging station less than 1 km away. For shopping there is also WC Zenia Boulevard.
