The beautiful sandy beach of La Caleta, near Cabo Roig, is a 15-minute walk away. A beautifully landscaped path along the coast will take you to many other white sandy beaches, larger and smaller, with crystal clear water on both sides. Fancy a bite to eat or a drink? In just a ten-minute walk you will be on the famous Cabo Roig "Strip” with its many restaurants and bars.
The most beautiful golf courses on the Costa Blanca are a ten-minute drive away. If you like shopping, you've come to the right place! The modern and large shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard, with over 150 shops of various well-known brands and restaurants, is 1.8 km from the house.
If you come with an electric car, there is a large charging station less than 1 km from the house.
