From the two partially covered vehicle parking spaces, one reaches the kitchen, which is open to the living room, via a staircase, a patio and a cloakroom. The large living and dining room has a glass front interrupted by an open fireplace with sea views. Large sliding doors lead to a spacious, partly covered terrace which also has an open fireplace and whose railings are partly made of glass to provide an uninterrupted view of the sea.
