The area is green and privileged, in the vicinity of three fantastic golf courses: Villamartín, Las Ramblas, and Campoamor. The beautiful beaches and coves of Orihuela Costa are just about an eight-minute drive away.

Within approximately a 10-minute walk, you will find various amenities such as bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The large La Zenia Boulevard shopping center, with a wide selection of shops, terraces, and restaurants, is a short drive away.

The architecture in the neighborhood is striking and atmospheric. The four-story apartment building is built in a Moorish style with blue and yellow tiles and characteristic turrets.
