The apartment is located on the Paseo Maritimo, close to Santa Catalina and the fishing port in Palma. It is spacious and bright, well decorated, and equipped for immediate use. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen with access to the balcony with sea views. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a residential complex with several lifts.

Further information: The monthly rent from February to December is €1,600 per month, except for July, August, and September (€1,750 per month).

In addition to the rent, a monthly fee of €150 will be charged for electricity and water consumption and internet. Cleaning costs will be charged on departure (€70). Deposit: €1,200. Agency fees: €170 + 21% VAT per month. All costs will be paid in advance.

The owner will accept a maximum of 2 people. The apartment is available from 01 August 2026.
