This wonderfully sunny, modernly furnished ground floor apartment is located at Residencial ¨VistaBella¨ in Torrevieja. The residence is easily accessible and is located just 1.5 km from the city center and La Mata beach. The beaches of Torrevieja are 2.5 km and the city center is 4 km. This is a nice central location for your holiday, for young and old! The quiet and well-maintained complex has two communal swimming pools, a playground for the kids and a petanque court.
There is a modern living room with open kitchen. In front of it is a balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. A staircase leads to the large private roof terrace, which is equipped with a garden set with pergola and sun beds where you can sunbathe all year round and enjoy the beautiful sunset.
There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. All linen is provided and costs nothing extra! The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hob, combination microwave and various appliances. In the laundry room you will find the washing machine.
We have no problem if you bring your "small” dog. Naturally, we expect, within reason, that your pet does not cause any nuisance to the neighbors. We also expect you to clean up the feces, vomit, hair and the like yourself with a bag. We charge €100 per dog per stay for additional cleaning costs. Dogs are of course not allowed in the shower, on the couch, beds and/or on other furniture. You must remove the dog hair yourself before departure, we like to keep the apartment tidy for all guests! It is not advisable to leave a dog alone in the house.
