This is an eco-friendly farm: everything is respectful of the environment—natural and ecological. The construction is made of wood and earth/clay; the water comes from a well and the electricity is generated with solar panels. There is no connection available to the public sewer network. It’s a different place, for a different way of life, and not suitable for people looking for urban convenience.

On the farm there are olive trees, almond trees, fig trees, pomegranate trees, avocados, cherimoyas, peaches, paraguayo fruit, grapes, apple trees, pear trees, loquats, orange trees, lemon trees, mulberry trees, quince trees, kaki fruit, grapefruit, strawberry tree, jujube, etc.

There are also medicinal plants, flowers for bees, and ornamental plants that combine perfectly. Everything on the farm is still in development: nothing is finished—everything is constantly changing. There is production of organic olive oil; the fields are fertilized with worm castings (vermicast/humus) and compost is prepared. The vegetable garden produces according to the season: it is very diverse and can be expanded. There is a beautiful stream of crystal-clear water on the property, which can dry up in some summers.

The farm is in the middle of the countryside, about 2 km from the town and 25 km from Marbella. It is a mountainous area, with no nearby neighbors. There is a dry toilet and running water is provided and electricity is produced with solar panels. The house construction is also eco-friendly: tires, bottles, and beer cans have been recycled, and earth/clay and wood are also used.

Access to the farm is via a non-paved road and preferably by a 4x4 off-road vehicle. During periods of heavy rain, it may become impassable for a few days.

In March 2025, the farm was expanded to a total of 43.337 m2.
