Layout
Living room with IPTV, featuring lots of international channels, sports and movies, and free Wi-Fi. In the living room there is a 2-person sofa bed (width 140 cm) for a maximum of 2 children. The 2 sliding doors provide beautiful light in the living room. The modern kitchen has a fridge-freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and grill plate for outdoor use. A washing machine is in a separate closet.
Spacious bedroom with a double bed and sliding doors to the terrace, bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink.
Both the living room and the bedroom have air conditioning/heating.
Outside
Through 2 sliding doors in the living room and the sliding doors in the bedroom, you enter the large detached terrace with a private swimming pool measuring 7 x 4 meters. On the cozy terrace are a dining table, a lounge set under a sun cloth that provides the necessary shade in the warm summer months, and 2 sunbeds. The terrace is slightly elevated on a newly constructed walking park.
Cot and high chair on request, for a fee of EUR 30 per set per week.
The apartment has been recently renovated and has a new bathroom and kitchen.
Street parking.
For a 3rd or 4th person, €50 per person will be charged extra.
