Larger than normal 3 bed, 2 bath ground floor apartment on Mar Menor Golf Resort with views of the golf course and lake.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, internet (Wi-Fi), central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking, 1 fan, TV, TV satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, Norwegian). The kitchen, refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of the premier resorts with an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel). Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week. Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants.

8 mins drive to Los Alcazares – beautiful safe beaches, bars and restaurants.

Inside the Mar Menor Golf Resort (next door), you will find Club MMGR where you can pay a small day fee to access the facilities including heated swimming pool, padel and tennis courts and mini golf and a gym!

These rates apply only from September until the end of March.

Note: A final cleaning fee will be applicable, which is a one off amount of €150 paid with the final instalment of rent.
