We present you a different project in Lliber! a residential reference of sustainability in the Costa Blanca North.
Its design and equipment favours low energy consumption. The houses have an aerothermal system for heating and domestic hot water production, underfloor heating, installation of photovoltaic panels, motorised ventilation system, electric car charging point, home automation, terraced gardens with traditional stone walls and native plants, among other elements. In addition, in order to ensure that mobility around the residential complex is respectful, a car or two electric bicycles are included with each home.
The Airen Collection villas are built on plots of between 400 and 700 square metres, distributed over two floors. They are 3-bedroom detached villas, with two interior layout concepts to choose from. The surface areas of the houses are around 315 square metres, and each home has its own private swimming pool, car park, storage room and stunning open views of the vineyards and the beautiful natural surroundings of the Vall del Pop.
This project under development will have an organic vegetable garden to spread the agricultural tradition of the area, a social club, a meeting point for residents, with restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, gym, physiotherapy and treatment rooms, wine club, large green area with photoluminescent paths, playgrounds, picnic area, yoda deck, dog park, calisthenics park, a whole concept based on the welfare of residents and respect for the environment.  For this reason, the visual impact will be minimised as much as possible and the architecture is based on the colours of the earth, on the dry stone walls, on the native vegetation of the area, so that the houses are integrated into the landscape of the Vall del Pop.
