Villa for sale in Castelldefels, Barcelona

A dress should be like a second skin, ready to smile when its wearer smiles.

Bienvenue at this elegant home, with 642 m² of living space on a 1,591 m² plot on Castelldefels Beach. It is remembered for its daring creativity and impeccable sense of elegance—qualities that helped it strike the perfect balance and always achieve a sophisticated, flawless result.

Just as with its proportions, the moment we enter, we pause and take in the garden. Perfectly flat and beautifully proportioned, the pool area and garden open up before us. We walk to the porch and enjoy a coffee, surrounded by calm and a sea breeze. At our feet, the pool’s vivid blue invites us to relax in complete privacy.

The expansive garden on the south side enjoys sunshine from the early morning until the tranquil hours of dusk. There is also a children’s play area, giving little ones a special space of their own.

Let’s head inside. The home is a pioneer in conceptual design. Its inspiration comes from geometric shapes—the square, rectangle and circle—which are then folded and gathered to create textures and forms. The living room is a fine example, where creativity shines through in its layout and picture windows.

With four distinct areas, we can choose between the relaxation area with its curved sofa, the space beneath the stairs, which serves as a motor museum, the fireplace area, where two armchairs invite intimate conversation, or the piano corner, where every evening becomes unique and memorable. We cross the picture windows that separate the living room from the kitchen.

With a unique, exclusive style created for this home, the kitchen stands out for its generous proportions and evokes bias-cut fabric and beautiful draping, flowing across the furniture, the windows and even the ceiling. This sense of exclusivity culminates in the south-facing dining area. Light streams through the glass walls, making the garden views sublime.

The floor also includes a guest area and a bathroom. We go up to the bedroom floor. After gliding past the staircase’s beautiful marble, we arrive.
