We have a parking space in the same residential complex, in the building behind.

The parking space costs an additional €100 per month, included in the price. It is optional; if you do not need a parking space, we will deduct the cost, bringing the monthly price to €2,900.

It has 3 bedrooms (one is a generously sized suite with a dressing room and a bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub in front of a large glass window overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy a wonderful bubble bath, as well as a shower and all the space you need to enjoy a relaxing moment). 2 bathrooms in total.

On entering, you will find a large open-plan space on two levels: the upper level has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and laundry area; the lower level features a spacious living-dining room with a double-sided central fireplace and large glass windows offering beautiful sea views.

It is a 4-minute walk from El Mascarat Beach and offers accommodation in Altea with access to a hot tub. This apartment, with sea and mountain views, is ideal for longer stays.
