borehole (90m) that provides 9,000 l/h.
The deer breeding core is supplied
directly from natural surface springs and from
another borehole with solar panels.
LA RAÑA DEL QUEJIGAL
In this estate, there is an earth dam, with a
capacity of about 100,000 m3 of water. This dam has
a pump installed that allows irrigation of 110 hectares of
olive grove, with approximately 18,000 trees.
In the hunting grounds, there are ponds with their own springs that
provide the necessary water without any problem.
The main house and the guards' house are supplied by
two boreholes, with quality water.

Area: 2,715 hectares, fully fenced with hunting mesh of
2 m height.
In El Zumajo, 9 driven hunts or 14 drives can be carried out annually; selective hunting throughout the year in

Two private hunting grounds have been created that use the road as a division between them.
CORK PRODUCTION
In El Zumajo, cork production in the years 2017,
2018, and 2019 and in La Raña in the year 2023 has totaled
16,800 quintals.
The high quality of this cork has allowed it to be
paid at the highest market prices.
DEHESA
The dehesa of El Zumajo and La Raña consists of
holm oak and cork oak, with the latter being the most
productive.
The groves and watercourses are accompanied by
oaks and holm oaks.
This area is free of rockroses and scrub.
AGRICULTURAL USE
OLIVE GROVE
In La Raña del Quejigal, there is an irrigated olive grove of 110 hectares
with about 18,000 olive trees, properly fenced.
There are also three dryland olive groves, with about 3,700
olive trees in total, in production and fenced.
The olive grove of El Zumajo has about 8,000 olive trees, in
production and fenced with an area of 60 hectares.
There are multiple varieties of olives, cornezuelo,
manzanilla, hojiblanca, cornicabra, and picual.
CROPLAND
Approximately 300 hectares are dedicated to the planting of
wheat, barley, and oats in alternate years.
